DESCRIPTION: 

The challenge: Create a usable space from a flat whose original structures and facilities had been destroyed. The first phase encompassed the restoration of the vaulted ceilings of beams and old windows, to give it an air of loft.

Secondly, a one-level living space was constructed which offered a complete "mini loft" - kitchen-dining room-living-bedroom area to serve as a guest wing for our clients' to receive their many friends and family when visiting Barcelona.
